The machine has been ok so far but my criticism is that the documentation/ instructions are awful. They don’t match the unit I have and then tech support is lagged by a day in between every email. So for example, the instructions say to open the software but they don’t say what software and there are multiple. There are a handful of parts included but the instructions don’t say anything about them. You can operate the machine without connecting to a network WiFi but the instructions don’t say that you can do that and the software leads you to believe that it is required. There were more issues as well. So all of these problems and issues had to be dealt with one at a time taking my time. You have the machine, why not provide good instructions.

The printer works great very happy with the purchase. Initially I did have a issue with the Extruder heater not working and was able to trace the problem back to the power connector on the circuit board. I regret not taken any photos of the repair but I was able to replace the female barrel connector and fix the problem.
