The UP Plus 2 Extruder V4 is provided for the UP Plus 2. The extruder uses 8mm brass nozzle and nozzle has female screw type. Adjusting wind baffle on the extruder cover, you can adjust air flow to blow the PLA prints for better cooling or void of direct blow to ABS print in case of warping.

-Pro :
-Fonction as nicely as the old one, the best things i see is that the extrusion chamber have less parts.
-Fans have protection to limit the risks of breaking the winglets.
-Still as good as the old version for 3d printing, the quality is still in the printing
-Easy to clean
-Cons :
-It’s been designed to not be adaptated to standart nozzle, moreover the price of the nozzle is overly expensive, and no option to buy it in steel for printing carbon-fiber nor glass-fiber PA (Up plus 2 Printer can print PA and i like this printer for this polyvalence)
-It’s expensive, for a customer point of view at least for the extrusion chamber that take half the price.
-The 3d printed parts of this products are based on the same CAO as the old model, printed in 0.3mm layer, it’s as weak as the old one, no surprise, the little part that let us choose the air flow broke
-Nozzle break too easily on the extrusion chamber when cleaning and dissassembling.
I tryed to be the most honest towards my review as possible, even if it may be rude, trust me that i like Tiertime products globally for the good services, quality in printer and for the printer
