- We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are depending on the destination country and the shipping method. You could select shipping method and view the according shipping cost on the shopping cart page. During the checkout process, available shipping methods and delivery times will be listed after you enter your shipping address. If no shipping option is available for your selected country, you can email us at email@example.com.
- Order usually ships within 1-3 business days after payment received. You could log in to your account to view the order status and tracking number.
- Please note that China stock shipment is usually shipped to Hong Kong and redirect there to final destination. It will take 2-3 days after shipment email notification for the package to be trackable.
- Since we are based in California US, Californian customers are subject to sales tax at the rate of 8%.
- If not otherwise stated in the description of product, depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged for Tariff, Value Added Tax (VAT), customs fee and etc by your local customs or through courier service..These charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. You adviced to check with your country’s customs policy before purchase.
- Defective/ damaged items are returnable within 14 days of the delivery date. You could either
- Request a replacement. You do not need to ship the original item back to us and we will be paying the replacement shipping fees.
- Return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we cannot refund any shipping costs you originally paid to receive the order. Only the price of refunding item will be refunded.
- If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA). Returns without authorization are not eligible for refund.
- We only accept returns for items purchased through shop.tiertime.com. If you purchased a Cetus item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
- All returns, refunds and exchanges are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center.
- The printers have warranty of 3 months which only include parts. Users have to replace the broken parts by themselves. Cetus3D will provide necessary support through support ticket system.
- The warranty period for printers, print heads, and heater modules purchased from cetus3d.com is 90 days from the date of delivery.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the custom fees (if any) for the parts we provide within or outside warranty.
