    Couple emails to Cetus in order to know were was this printer after my order. It arrived finally…into a reused Amazon carton box…without all expected protective foam inside (to preserve various components). The AC/DC power supply was missing. So at this point, the scoring here would be “zero”
    Hopefully, Cloris from Cetus managed all this so I received a power supply from China: so at this point the scoring would raise to 3.
    Having all needed skills and tools, this ‘as-is’ printer was repaired by me, and is perfectly operating up to know: so the score would be then 4.
    But Cetus offered to replace “old version” extruder by a new version “free of charge”…and my printer here was eligible to this upgrade…and I receive the new extruder for it…although it was an ‘As-IS’ printer.
    This outstanding customers care makes me so happy then I can today rate a valuable score of 5
    Long life to CETUS and their precious Customer Service people!

    The best customer service experience I have had! There was a few minor issues with my order, but I did buy a “as is” item, so I didn’t really think there was much to be done. I was wrong, the Cetus team stepped up and made this right!

    Item was better than I expected since it was sold to “As-Is”. I have the printer operating and I am very happy with this purchase. In addition, Tiertime upgraded my order to an Extended version at no extra charge.

Shipping & Order Processing Time
Shipping costs are depending on the destination country and the shipping method. You could select shipping method and view the according shipping cost on the shopping cart page. During the checkout process, available shipping methods and delivery times will be listed after you enter your shipping address.

When you place order in Global Store, we will fulfill your order from China. In this case, you need to pay customs fee and taxes which are collected by your local customs according to your country’s import policy. In other stores, the product price has included import tax, you don’t need to pay import tax any more. (Switzerland and Norway customers need to pay import tax and duty when place order in Europe store but EU VAT is exempted)

Global Store is with China stock.Global Store Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after payment received. You could log in to your account to view the order status and tracking number. China stock shipment (DHL) is usually shipped to Hong Kong and redirect there to the final destination. After receiving order shipment notification email, It will still take 2-4 days for the tracking number to be trackable.
Orders made in US Store, Europe Store, Canada Store, Japan Store, Australia Store, Brazil Store and Russia Store are all shipped with local inventories, so the shipping will be much faster than Global store and do not need to pay import TAX. Normally your orders will be shipped out in 2 Business days.The shipment notification email will be sent to you also during this period.

Return Policy
We accept return within 30 days upon delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first at support@tiertime.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without authorization are not eligible for refund.
20% of item net value will be deducted as restocking fee.You also need to be responsible for return shipping costs and we can not refund any shipping costs.
Defective Items Return Policy

Defective/ damaged items are returnable within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns of items without obvious defects will subject 20% restocking fees and will be deducted from the amount of refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we cannot refund any shipping costs you originally paid to receive the order. Only the price of refunding item will be refunded.
Refunds
All returns, refunds and exchanges are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center.
