The package contains 

  • 1*Heated build plate
  • 1*FCC ribbon cable

Please note that this heated build plate cannot communicate with UP Studio software, therefore user cannot control its temperature in the software.The only mean of control is the power switch button on the build plate, once switched on the plate will heated up to its maximum temperature.

For getting power from the printer with FFC cable, the heated build plate is able to reach about 55-60℃.

User can also connect an external power supply in addition to the printer’s power supply,which will allow even higher temperature.Here is some information for your reference:

  • It is DC powered, 12-36V are ok for the heated plate
  • It is rated for about 5A current.
  • The polarity is shown by small letters beside the terminal, however it only important for the led indicator, the heating circuit does not has polarity requirement.

The heated plate will cut off its external power when temperature reached to about 110℃.

    This heated bed is just highly recommended : warm up to 60°C powered by the supplied flat cable. It is possible to warm up higher using external DC power supply, easily. Worth its price, for sure

    Having the option for a separate power supply is great! For me the ribbon cable worked poorly, so I opted for an external power supply. 12V 1A keeps the plate at
    ~60 degrees. I put buildtac on it and adhesion is very strong. The plate surface is not very flat, but calibration keeps it in check.

Shipping & Order Processing Time
Shipping costs are depending on the destination country and the shipping method. You could select shipping method and view the according shipping cost on the shopping cart page. During the checkout process, available shipping methods and delivery times will be listed after you enter your shipping address.

When you place order in Global Store, we will fulfill your order from China. In this case, you need to pay customs fee and taxes which are collected by your local customs according to your country’s import policy. In other stores, the product price has included import tax, you don’t need to pay import tax any more. (Switzerland and Norway customers need to pay import tax and duty when place order in Europe store but EU VAT is exempted)

Global Store is with China stock.Global Store Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after payment received. You could log in to your account to view the order status and tracking number. China stock shipment (DHL) is usually shipped to Hong Kong and redirect there to the final destination. After receiving order shipment notification email, It will still take 2-4 days for the tracking number to be trackable.
Orders made in US Store, Europe Store, Canada Store, Japan Store, Australia Store, Brazil Store and Russia Store are all shipped with local inventories, so the shipping will be much faster than Global store and do not need to pay import TAX. Normally your orders will be shipped out in 2 Business days.The shipment notification email will be sent to you also during this period.

Return Policy
We accept return within 30 days upon delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first at support@tiertime.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without authorization are not eligible for refund.
20% of item net value will be deducted as restocking fee.You also need to be responsible for return shipping costs and we can not refund any shipping costs.
Defective Items Return Policy

Defective/ damaged items are returnable within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns of items without obvious defects will subject 20% restocking fees and will be deducted from the amount of refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we cannot refund any shipping costs you originally paid to receive the order. Only the price of refunding item will be refunded.
Refunds
All returns, refunds and exchanges are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center.
