This is not my first purchase at Cetus. Before, the nozzles were sent in a small plastic box well wedged in the compartments. This time, I received 5 mixed nozzles in a zipper bag that were probably shaken well (I hope it is not defective, especially the 0.2 mm), when it was easy ( I think) to stick them separately on a piece of paper with a piece of tape. Obviously, the service is not the same as a few months ago. Disappointed…

The printer works well and is reliable, although its hard to perform cold pulls or any other nozzle-cleaning operation which causes the need to buy new ones. This wouldn’t be a huge problem but their price is too hight in comparison to your direct competition – it may be a reason for people to sell their cetus printers or not to buy them in the first place.

1. I ordered these 0.2 nozzles since i was sent a wrong nozzle after receiving a replacement Head with a 0.4 instead of the 0.2 i had previously .
2. The shipping price was very expensive ( and also no amazon shipping to my location )
