   I received only two lines of the three I paid for (the picture shows 3 LED strips, that’s also what’s inside the Up Box/+) so I informed Tiertime. But they stated they are changing the product to two LED strips so I can’t get what I paid for.. I was a bit disappointed. I want the same light in my printer and what was advertised. First they said they could send another one with two lines but then suddenly they came with a weird story that makes no sense to me ”Truly sorry to inform you that we can’t ship it.
   Because there is something wrong with another LED so that we changed this item.
   And now we don’t have the shorter one.”
