Tiertime customer service is excellent. Our company has a UPbox+ and the linear bearing and sleeve broke after approximately two years after owning the printer. Tiertime was more than helpful in getting us replacement parts AND a step by step instruction on how to replace the part. If there’s ever an issue with the printer again, I have no doubt Tiertime would be just as helpful. Also the response time between email to email was quick as well.
